Park and Recreation Commission
The Park and Recreation commission meets the first Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the Constantia Town Hall, 14 Frederick Street, Constantia, or in the summer months, at the Park (weather permitting).

Important Summer Information
Summer Recreation Signups will be taking place at the park on the following dates: June 19 from 10 AM - 1 PM and June 27 from 9 AM - Noon. The Summer Recreation program will be held Monday -Thursday (weather permitting) from June 30 - August 13.
Would you like to rent one of our pavilions? Please call the Town Clerk's office at 315-623-9206 for availability or to make a reservation.
The David C. Webb Memorial Park at Taft Bay is a large town park complete with a sand beach and amenities. There is a summer recreation program for kids and all kinds of fun to be had during Spring, Summer and Fall.
Our Town Park:
David C. Webb Memorial Park at Taft Bay – State Route 49, Bernhards Bay, New York - David C. Webb Memorial Park at Taft Bay is a true jewel of the North Shore. The park is named after one of its founders, David Webb, whose vision helped build the park to be what it is today. Our park is monitored 24/7 by ADT Security system for your safety.
The beachfront park offers plenty of room, fresh air, a beach, and pavilions for rent.
Currently, no pets are allowed anywhere at Taft Bay Park. Violation is subject to fines.

Summer Recreation Program Sign-Up:
Summer Recreation Signups will be happening soon!
Signups will be held on June 19 from 10 AM - 1 PM and June 27 from 9 AM - Noon at David C. Webb Memorial Park at Taft Bay.
Accepted ages range from Kindergarten up to age 11.
Summer Recreation dates will be June 30 - August 13.
Lunches will be provided at no cost.
Our Summer Recreation Program Offers:
• Swimming Lessons (weather permitting)
• Beach play and swim time daily (weather permitting)
• Sports and team play! (Basketball, tennis, volleyball, four square, kickball, gaga ball, and more!)
• Arts and Crafts
• Special Events (based on availabllity - in years past, we've had magicians, The WIld, educational guests, foam parties, our version of the Tough Mudder and more!)
• Socializing and team play with a diverse group of children from the local community
