PLOWING AND SNOW REMOVAL LIABILITY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Town of Constantia will not be liable for any damage to vehicles and or personal property, including mailboxes, basketball hoops etc. that are within the town's right of way due to plowing and snow removal.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that any vehicle left parked on highways plowed by the town of Constantia, NY between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am will be ticketed and towed at the owners' expense. This order is effective November 1, 2024, to April 1, 2025.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the Town Board of the Town of Constantia Oswego County New York has designated the following town roads as seasonal and will not be maintained from November 1, 2024, to April 1, 2025. Center St. – dirt section, Holly Hole Rd and Cook Rd.
