Legal Notice Town of Constantia- The Appeals Board will hold a public hearing on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 7:00pm at the Constantia Town Hall on Frederick Street in Constantia, NY. The purpose of the meeting is to hear any and all comments and concerns from the public regarding a variance request. Kevin Wheeler is requesting a setback variance for a new shed on his property at 206 Gale Rd, Cleveland Tax map# 298.00-03-15.
